The Green Lake Foundation was established in 2002 to support the mission and goals of the Green Lake Church to serve the physical social, and spiritual needs of the greater Seattle community.

The foundation is dedicated to the purposes of the congregation and exists to allow members and friends of the church to contribute funds and assets to advance the mission of the church.  Specifically, the Foundation’s goal is to create endowment funds that support the ongoing priorities, needs, and special projects of the church.

The Green Lake Foundation is approved under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a public charity and is recognized as a 509(a)(3) supporting organization.

The Foundation's logo reflects this work — the ripples represent its work to affect the community in ever-expanding, meaningful ways.
